METHOD

  1. Step 1
    Cook asparagus on chargrill or pan for 3-4 minutes, or until lightly charred and tender crisp, brushing occasionally with oil. Add snow peas to pan, and heat through until tender. Transfer to serving plate and arrange with lettuce, radish and spring onions.
  2. Step 2
    In same char grill or pan. Cook the Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips, brushing occasionally with remaining oil for 4-7 minutes, turning occasionally .
  3. Step 3
    Meanwhile, mix the yoghurt, parmesan cheese, mustard, tarragon and lime juice into a dressing. Spoon the Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips over the the salad and add the dressing.
