METHOD

  1. Prepare the Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. To make yogurt dressing: in a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, parsley, pickles, and mustard; mix well. Divide evenly amongst bagel bases.
  3. In a small bowl, combine walnuts and shallot; sprinkle evenly, amongst bagels over the yogurt dressing.
  4. Top with carrot, watercress, Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips and red onion. Cover with the other half of the bagel. TIP: You can replace the watercress for with rocket leaves if you prefer!
