Step 1Heat a medium frying pan with 1 tsp of oil and add Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips. Cook for 6 – 7 minutes. Add water chestnuts, hoisin and rice wine vinegar and cook for another minute. Reserve.
Step 2Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, cut in half and reserve.
Step 3Arrange lettuce on plates. Top with rice noodles, Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips mixture, spring onion, fried shallots and chilli.
