These delicious muffins are super easy to make. Whip up a batch and you'll soon be enjoying then warm from the oven.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180*C. Line and/or grease 12 hole muffin tray and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, Nestlé Plant Based Condensed Milk Alternative, soy milk and sunflower oil.
  3. Add in the self-raising flour, caster sugar, sea salt and poppyseeds. Mix until smooth.
  4. Evenly divide the batter into the muffin tray. Place into the oven and bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden on the outside and a skewer inserted into the centre of the muffin comes out clean.
  5. When cool enough to handle, transfer onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Enjoy immediately or store in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 2-3 days or in the fridge for up to 1 week.
