Preheat the oven to 180*C. Line and/or grease 12 hole muffin tray and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, Nestlé Plant Based Condensed Milk Alternative, soy milk and sunflower oil.
Add in the self-raising flour, caster sugar, sea salt and poppyseeds. Mix until smooth.
Evenly divide the batter into the muffin tray. Place into the oven and bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden on the outside and a skewer insertedinto the centre of the muffin comes out clean.

When cool enough to handle, transfer onto a wire rack to cool completely.
