  1. Cook pasta according to directions on packet, drain, keep warm.
  2. heat a frying pan over high heat; spray with oil; add prawns, cook until prawns just change colour and are cooked through, remove from pan. add garlic and leek, cook 1 minute.
  3. Add peas, cook further 1 minute. blend cornflour with 2 tablespoons NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk; add to pan with remaining milk and mustard; stir until sauce boils; add prawns and pasta; cook until just heated through.
