Recipe Ingredients

(Makes 12)

How to make

1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

2. Using an electric beater, beat butter and sugar until light and creamy; add NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, mixing well. Stir in flour and NESTLÉ Dark CHOC BITS.

3. Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture onto prepared trays.  Bake 15 minutes until golden.

Great recipe, but I think the 225 gr of selfraising flour isn't enough: 1 cup is 240gr... However: I just made my first batch with the 225 grams and I coudn't roll the dough by hand. I made 12 heaps and they wandered all over the backing tray. The taste is still great, but in the next batch I will add more flour... I'll let you know how they turn out.
