Having gained National Food Guide recognition in the UK for the last two restaurants he managed, Richard turned his attention to developing great tasting recipes to meet the demands of today’s consumers.

Richard joined the technical team at Nestlé in 1992 and later helped set up Nestlé UK’s ambient foods development centre of excellence. It was during this time that Richard worked with some of the top food brands in the UK and Ireland.

In 2002 Richard relocated to New Zealand to create new taste sensations for the MAGGI brand.

While continuing to work with the iconic MAGGI brand, Richard transferred to Sydney to head up the newly formed Culinary Innovations Centre.

It is here that delicious new products are created and tasty recipes developed to show consumers how great tasting and nutritious cooking with Nestlé can be. And with so many brands and products to choose from, there is never a shortage of delicious things to try everyday in the creative kitchens of the Culinary Innovations Centre
